NEC Labs offers exciting internship opportunities at our Princeton and Cupertino locations for students pursuing advanced degrees in the areas of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. Internships are full-time positions generally lasting 10-12 weeks coinciding with the academic summer break. Our interns quickly become part of a project team applying cutting-edge technology to industry-leading concepts. Our informal setting combined with the hands-on work and interaction with other researchers sets the stage for a dynamic work experience.

You will be paid for any designated company holidays that occur during your internship period.

Flexible Hours
Although certain core hours are advantageous for the exchange of ideas, many managers are comfortable permitting flexible hours to better accommodate personal schedules. NEC Labs also offers a summer flex time program wherein full-time employees may leave early on Fridays provided that they have worked the base 40 hours for the week.

Fitness/Recreation
NEC Labs EPrinceton campus has an on-site fitness center, as well as tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts for employee use.

You will be reimbursed for reasonable round-trip relocation travel expenses—airfare or mileage.

Housing/Transportation Stipend (If applicable)
You will receive a $1,500 stipend to offset the costs of local housing and transportation.
