Research

I am a research staff member at NEC Laboratories America, Inc., in the Broadband and Mobile Networking department.

My research interests are in the areas of wireless networking, systems and mobile computing. As part of my undergraduate thesis, I worked on OFDM based multiple access systems. My graduate research in the (GNAN) Research Group focused on designing cross-layer protocols at the MAC, routing and transport layers for multi-hop wireless networks leveraging smart antennas. Currently, I work on designing efficient algorithmic solutions for broadband wireless access networks and systems-based solutions for WLANs/ WPANs.
