Summer Highlights at NEC Labs America: Teamwork, Innovation, and Fun
From volleyball rallies in San Jose to kayaking along the Delaware & Raritan Canal, this summer at NEC Laboratories America has been filled with energy, connection, and fun. Our San Jose team enjoyed sunny lunchtime games and a lively outing to TopGolf with colleagues from Princeton, while our annual Princeton picnic brought everyone together for food, games, and Kona Ice. We also celebrated the incredible contributions of our 2025 Media Analytics interns, whose fresh insights fueled innovation all season.
Whether serving, swinging, or paddling, we’re proud to see our teams building bonds and aiming high—both in and out of the lab.
San Jose Volleyball
Game on at NECLA San Jose! The volleyball net is up at our San Jose office, and our team took full advantage during lunch with a sunny game outdoors. Everyone brought their best. Sriram powered serves across the court, while Tony and Mauricio showed off some strong spikes. Boundless energy, fantastic teamwork, and an enjoyable break in the sunshine. Go team NECLA!
San Jose Top Golf
Our San Jose team took some mighty swings at TopGolf, joined by a few big hitters from Princeton for an afternoon of connection, competition, and plenty of laughs. In the research lab or on the golf tee, we are all about aiming high and having fun along the way.
Princeton Picnic
Nothing says summer at NEC Labs America like our annual Princeton picnic! This year’s gathering brought together colleagues for a day of connection, great conversation, and plenty of fun. The Inflatable Axe Throwing game sparked some friendly rivalries, the food was fantastic, and we wrapped it all up with a sweet finish—ice-cold, delicious Kona Ice. A big thank-you to everyone who came out and made it such a memorable afternoon!
