NEC Labs America Presentation Highlight from OFC 2023

NEC Labs America (NECLA) recently discussed its latest advances in fiber sensing research at the Optical Fiber Conference (OFC), March 5-9, 2023 in San Diego. OFC is the largest global conference and exhibition for optical communications and networking professionals.

NECLA’s industry-leading optics and photonics research is focused on creating the foundation for next generation optical networks and sensing systems to create better, more responsive Information and Communications (ICT) systems supporting individuals and communities.

NEC’s fiber sensing technology — incorporating NECLA’s research — was highlighted in the OFC 2023 live high-speed optical network, OFCnet, which showcased live networking concepts, solutions and research.
