Fiber Sensors are sensing systems that use optical fibers to detect changes in physical, chemical, or environmental conditions by monitoring variations in light propagation. Parameters such as temperature, strain, pressure, vibration, and acoustic signals can be measured through changes in intensity, phase, wavelength, or polarization. Fiber sensors support distributed and remote sensing over long distances and are widely used in infrastructure monitoring, energy systems, industrial processes, and security applications.
