Kay Seo serves as Senior Director and Head of Strategic Pursuits and Global Partnerships in the Office of the President at NEC Laboratories America, Inc. Kay is focused on building high-value partnerships that accelerate technology adoption, foster international collaboration, and create opportunities for NEC’s research to drive real-world impact. Through her leadership, she continues to strengthen NEC’s role as a global innovator and trusted partner in advancing next-generation technologies. Previously, Kay held key roles in global high-tech companies, managing P&Ls of up to $500 million globally, overseeing business development, product management, global deployment, and strategic partnerships. She holds an MBA from New York University and a BA from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.
