ACL, the Annual Meeting of the Association for Computational Linguistics, is the flagship annual conference of the ACL, a professional organization founded in 1962 for researchers in natural language processing and computational linguistics. It is one of the most selective and high-impact venues in the field, alongside EMNLP. Conference proceedings are published open-access through the ACL Anthology. The ACL also organizes related venues, including EMNLP, CoNLL, and SemEval, and publishes the journals Computational Linguistics and TACL.
